8 large Bananas mash
3 eggs
4 cups All purpose Flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 Tbs. Baking powder
2 cups of canola oil to fry

Cooking Instructions:

Obtain a bowl mash the bananas with your hands use glove, add eggs mash it together,then pour in flour,sugar and baking powder and mix together till blend. Let rise for ten minutes for the baking powder to act.

Then heat oil to medium when hot use spoon to drop you donuts on hot oil until golden brow on both side.
