1 pkge beef chuck diced
1 pkg. Frozen Mix Vegtables
1 pkg. Frozen corn
1 small onions chop
3 cloves garlic minced
2 tablespoon canola oil for sauté
8 cups water
1 can diced stew tomato
3 tbs. Tomato paste
1 tbs. Garlic powder
4 1/2 tspn. Salt
1 1/2 Tsp. Black pepper
1 pkg. Vercimilli Rice noodle soak on water and cut to the size you like.

Cooking Instructions:

Obtain pot pour two tbs.canola oil, turn on stove sauté , garlic, onions.then when turn golden brown.
throw in the chop meat, and water, stew tomato bring to a boil then add salt, black pepper, tomato paste garlic powder, bring Down heat to #5 let it simmer when beef is soft add mix vegetable, and corn then add rice noodle. When done ready to serve. Total cooking about 45 minutes.
