1 lb Baby Shrimp cooked
1 C Coconut shredded
1 med Yellow Onion diced
1 lg Lemon juiced
1 med Lime juiced

Cooking Instructions:

Boil the baby shrimp until cooked.
Cool in the fridge.
After shrimp is cooled, remove from fridge.
In a large bowl, add shrimp, 1 C shredded coconut, diced yellow onion, and the juices from the lemon and lime.

Serving Ideas: Serve over rice, or homemade tortillas.
