1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts cooked/diced
1 C Coconut shredded
1 med Yellow Onion diced
1 lg Lemon juiced
1 med Lime juiced
6 Fresh Cayenne Peppers crushed

Cooking Instructions:

Cook chicken before dicing.
After chicken is cooled, remove from fridge and dice into small pieces
Once chicken is diced, add chicken, 1 C shredded coconut, diced onion, crushed peppers, and the from the lemon and lime.
Mix well.
And serve.

Serving ideas: Serve over rice, or homemade tortillas.
