1 lb spinach leaves
3/4 qt half and half
1/2 med yellow onion chopped
1 fresh cayenne pepper crushed

Cooking Instructions:

Wash spinach leaves and set aside.
Combine the half and half, chopped onion, and crushed cayenne pepper into a medium sized pot.
Set the spinach on top and cover.
Steam the spinach in the cream mixture just enough to soften the leaves.
Remove from heat, serve and enjoy.

Serving Ideas: Serve as a side dish
