Barbequed Marlin
Barbequed Marlin: Submitted by: Cook Book | Date Added: 1 Jan 2010 Ingredients:

3-4 cans beer
1 18-oz barbeque sauce
1-2 lbs. Marlin

Cooking Instructions:

1. Place marlin on barbeque grill.
2. Mix 3 cans of beer and barbeque sauce in a 9x13 inch pan. Heat mixture until it comes to a boil.
3. Remove fish from grill, add mixture, cover with aluminum foil and return to grill for 25-30 minutes more.
