3 lg Taro Root cut in 1" chunks
2 8oz cans Coconut Milk
1 lb Sirloin Steak cut in 1" chunks
2 t Garlic Powder
1 t Black Pepp

Cooking Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a medium pot.
Bring the coconut milk to a quick boil.
After 5 minutes of boiling, bring down to simmer, and cover,
Cook until taro root is soft, and serve.

Serving Ideas: Serve over rice
