Fish Salad: Submitted by: Cook Book | Date Added: 1 Jan 2010 Ingredients:

1 pkg. frozen vegetables
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise or 1 bowl sour cream
1 pkg. fish sticks (10 pcs.)
dash black pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

1. Boil frozen vegetables as directed; drain, and set aside on a colander.
2. While vegetable is boiling, take each fish stick and strip lengthwise with a fork, and then slice into four equal portions.
3. Combine fish and vegetables in a medium size bowl and toss.
4. Add mayonnaise or sour cream and dash of black pepper to taste.
