1 cup coconut milk
Pieces of pumpkin tip leaves, cleaned
1 cup fresh shrimp, cleaned
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 onion, sliced

Cooking Instructions:

1. Place clean shrimp in a pot with salt to simmer.
2. Pour in coconut milk. When it boils, add pumpkin tips and onions.
3. Remove from heat. Serve hot.
