Shrimp in Coconut Milk - II
Shrimp in Coconut Milk - II: Submitted by: Cook Book | Date Added: 1 Jan 2010 Ingredients:

1 cup coconut milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. large Shrimp
2 T. lemon juice
1 small onion, chopped

Cooking Instructions:

1. In a large sauce pan, combine shrimp, onions, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
2. Steam for about 6 minutes.
3. Add coconut milk, cover and reduce to heat.
