Coconut Crab (Ayuyu) with Coconut Milk: Submitted by: Cook Book | Date Added: 1 Jan 2010 Ingredients:

1 onion
1 tsp. salt
3-4 coconut crabs
2 cup coconut milk
Water

Cooking Instructions:

1. Crack coconut crab shell, except the head.
2. Boil for 15-20 minutes in a pot with enough water to cover the crab.
3. Chop and add the onion and salt.
4. When crab is cooked, reduce heat, add coconut milk, and let simmer. Do not let coconut milk boil.
