1 onion
1 tsp. salt
3-4 coconut crabs
2 cup coconut milk
Water
1. Crack coconut crab shell, except the head.
2. Boil for 15-20 minutes in a pot with enough water to cover the crab.
3. Chop and add the onion and salt.
4. When crab is cooked, reduce heat, add coconut milk, and let simmer. Do not let coconut milk boil.
