One baked yellow duncan hanes cake mix, sponge cake...
Ground cinnamon
3 cans carnation milk evaporated
3 cans water using emptied carnation milk
6 eggs yolks
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 stick butter
4 to 6 tablespoon cornstarch
In a separate bowl mix additional 6 tablespoons for later on use to thicken pudding

Cooking Instructions:

1. cut baked yellow cake about half inch or 1 inch optional on thickens of cake, place them on a plater. side aside.
2. In a large dutch pan, mix in carnation milk, water, sugar, butter, 2 or 3 tablespoon vanilla extract, egg yolks, 4 to 6 tablespoons cornstarch.
3. Blend all ingredients and put on stove medium low.
4. Using egg beater keep stirring until you see pudding getting thicker
5. In a separate bowl mix cornstarch and pour in pudding for more thickness.
6. When done pour on top on cake sprinkle with ground cinnamon, chill and ready to eat.
I learned this by heart. its one of my favorite and I hope it will be your too.
