Rib Estufao: Submitted by: Mary San Agustin | Date Added: 31 Dec 2009 Ingredients:

1/2 t. black pepper
4 t. soy sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 lbs. pork spare ribs (cut in half)
1/2 t. monosodium glutamate
1/2 c. water

Cooking Instructions:

1. Marinate ribs in garlic, onions, salt, vinegar, pepper and monsodium glutomate.
2. Cover bowl and set aside for 25 minutes, then drain liquid into another bowl and put aside. Place mixed ribs in a large pot.
3. Cook at high heat for 3 minutes. Reduce to medium heat for 5 minutes.
4. Add reserved liquid and water. Cover. Simmer 30 to 45 minutes or until ribs are done.
