REMEMBER THE GRILLING RULE: *NEVER EVER EVER CUT A STEAK TO CHECK ITS DONENESS.
Use this method to check for doneness:
LOBE...CHEEK...SIDE...TIP.
Feel the following:
LOBE refers to the lobes of your ears. This is for rare.
CHEEK is the cheeks of your face and this is for medium rare
SIDE refers to the side of your nose and this is the same feel for medium
TIP refers to the tip of your nose and this feel is for well done
