KATSONS Chamorro Chorizo Meatloaf
KATSONS Chamorro Chorizo Meatloaf: Submitted by: KATSONS Chamorro Chorizo | Date Added: 1 Jan 2010 Ingredients:

4 - Slices white bread without crust broken into rough pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup milk
2 - Pounds KATSONS Chicken or Pork Chorizo
2 - Large eggs
1/4 cup - Chopped parsley or cilantro
3/4 cup - Diced green onion
1/4 cup - ketchup
2 tbsp - Soy sauce

Cooking Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Squeeze milk from bread and add to a large bowl
3. Mix all ingredients with hands or large spoon
4. Add to large baking dish or place in loaf shape on sheet pan
5. Cook for 30-40 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 degrees or higher
6. Let rest at least 10 minutes.
7. Slice and serve with potatoes or rice and vegetables
