2 eggs
1/4 cup bear
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 salt
1 cup chopped celery
17oz can corn
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 10 oz pkg mixed vegetables, chop the grn beens smaller
1-lb chopped shrimp, cleaned & deveined
1-1 1/2 " cooking oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions:

In a large bowl, beat eggs, add milk and bear, flour, baking powder, white pepper, salt, and garlic powder then mix well. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Heat oil on Medium heat or 350 degree in deep fryer. Drop shrimp batter into heated oil (at least 1- 1 1/2 inches deep). Fry, constantly turning to evenly brown the patties, about 5 minutes. Makes about 4 doz 1 1/2 " patties.

NOTE: Batter should be thick enough that it must be dropped into oil using two spoons (one to scoop batter from the bowl, the other spoon to push it off of the spoon into the oil.
