Chamoru Cheese Dip: Submitted by: Ely Sarrosa | Date Added: 29 Jun 2010 Ingredients:

1 pound lean ground beef
1 pound Jimmy Dean hot pork sausage (grounded breakfast sausage)
4 Jars Tostitos cheese dip
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes w/ green peppers
1 cup chunky salsa (Mild, Hot or Hottest -- your choice)
1 can dice tomatoes
1 small jar of slice jalapeno peppers. (drain juices)

Cooking Instructions:

Brown the ground beef and sausage together in pot until browned. Drain sauce and combine meat with all ingredients in pot. Cook and stir over low heat until cheese and mixture is thoroughly combined. Serve with tortilla chips or corn chips.
