Felicita's Hamburger Stuffing: Submitted by: my husbands mother | Date Added: 31 Dec 2009 Ingredients:

2 pounds hamburger
two boxes stove top stuffing
one onion chopped fine
2 tb butter

Cooking Instructions:

1. Fry the hamburger till done and drain it.
2. Put it back in pan and add two boxes of your favorite stuffing mix.
3. Add onion and butter.
4. Follow directions for stuffing and mix together.
5. Serve hot over rice.
(My husband remembered this dish from his childhood.)
