Steak cube ( london broil)
1 onion chopped
2 tablespoon oil
2 stalks of celery
2 carrots
1 1b fresh green beans
2 beef boulion cube
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried garlic powder
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 hand spaghetti noodles broken in half
3 cups water

Cooking Instructions:

In a soup pot , heat oil 3 minutes stir fry steak, onion until meat is brown add salt and pepper. Add vegetables cube style cut, add beef boulion cube and water, cover pot and cook on med heat for one hour watching it every 1o minute. making sure water doesn't boil out test meat to make sure it is tender. Add spaghetti noodles boil for 10 minute on high till noodles are cook add soy sauce at the end of cooking ,stir it around till well mix.
you might have to add another cup of water to cook the noodles properly.
serve with hot white rice
