6 Cups Jasmine Rice
8 cups warm water with 3 packages of Mamasitas Achote powder deluted.
1 package ham slice in cubes.
1 small onions chop
1 Tbs salt or to taste
1 1/2 Tsp. Garlic powder
1 Tsp. Black Pepper or to your taste
Options may add 1 cup green peas or 1 bundle green onions chop...
Wash the rice and drain water and set aside, 8 cups warm water mix with 3 pkge Mamasitas Achote powder deluted in water set aside.
Used the 10 cups rice cooker fast way to cook.
1/2 cup canola oil or 1/2 a cup of butter melted heat rice cooker
Pour in minced onions or chop onions then add chop ham. When golden brown pour in rice, water Achote, salt,garlic powder, black pepper and what ever options you wish to add. Make sure you taste if it's salty enough for you. Then let it cook and stir rice just before it's done to balance out... when rice is cook serve hot.
