2 1/2 cup sweet warm tuba
3-4 Tbsp. Yeast diluted in a little warm water
1 tsp. salt
7 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1. Mix all ingredients together; knead very well; set aside and let rise.
2. Punch down and let rise again, for two or three times.
3. After punching down the third time, form into balls about 2 to 3 inches in diameter.
4. Bake on a flat pan or in muffin pans at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until lightly brown.

I tried the tuba bread recipe but added shortenning instead of oil,and added 1cupto the sugar.This recipe is great.Thank you Left by: Cece (3 Jun 2011)
