Ingredients

2 lbs. Ripe Bananas
3/4 c. flour
2 T. Sugar
1/2 c. Water
1/4 c. Milk
1 pt. Salad Oil

Cooking Instructions

1. Peel bananas and slice into 3 pieces lengthwise
2. Mix flour with milk and water until it is smooth. Add sugar.
3. Dip the sliced bananas into the mixture of flour, water and sugar
4. Heat the oil, and place dipped bananas into oil. Cook until the bananas are golden brown, turning as necessary.
5. Remove and place on paper to absorb extra oil. May be served either hot or cold.
