2 lbs. ground beef
2 cans kidney beans
10 pcs. Sausage slice
1 Can diced tomatoes
1 can sliced mushroom
2 package chili mix hot or mild
1 Tbs. Chili powder
1 Tbs. Parsley flakes
6 Cloves garlic smash and chop fine
1 med. Onions chop fine
1 bundle green onions chop
1 Tsp. Salt or to your taste
1 Tsp. Garlic powder
2 Tbs. Sugar
1/2 cup corn starch diluted in water
1/2 cup fresh milk
2 tbs. Oil for sauté

Cooking Instructions

Obtain a medium pot, pour two tablespoon canola oil, turn heat up,when oil is hot pour in garlic and onions when golden brown,pour in the hot dog, then ground beef,and continue to stir, then pour in 1 to two package of chili mix, kidney beans, dice tomatoes,salt,garlic powder, parsley,sugar, green onions,continue to stir when burger is cook pour in diluted corn starch to thicken, make sure you blend to your taste. Then pour in milk to make the color of the chili looks good and to taste great.
Note : You may add sprinkle grated cheese to your chili...good when chili is still hot.
