- 2 lb of boneless, skinless chicken breast (barbecued)
- 3 bundles of green onions (chopped)
- 1 cup of shredded coconut
- 2-3 habanero peppers (chopped)
- fresh lemon juice
- salt

- mayonaise
- olive oil
- 2 lb of (uncooked) rotini pasta

Cooking Instructions

Pull the cold chicken in small pieces, add chopped onions, chopped peppers, salt, lemon juice and coconut to make the keleguen.
Cook the pasta, let it get cold, mix some olive oil in the cold pasta and mix together with the keleguen and the mayonaise. Season with pepper and salt.
