1/2 medium onion, sliced
1 large bell pepper
3 lemon
1 fish 2-3 lbs. (red salmon)

Cooking Instructions

1. Clean fish and sprinkle salt. Barbecue over charcoal (grill) or broil.
2. Place in deep platter when done.

1. Roll bell pepper over charcoal (grill) or stove for a couple of minutes until wilted. Rinse and slice or dice.
2. Mix onions, lemon juice, 3 Tbsp. water, pepper and salt to taste in a bow.
3. Pour sauce over fish before serving.
