1/2 cup carrots
1 med. Cabbage head
2-3 coconut crabs
2 bell peppers
1 pkg pancit noodles
1/3 cup celery
2 tsp. salad oil
1 onion
1/2 tsp. salt

Cooking Instructions

1. Boil crabs for 15-20 minutes. Remove crabmeat from shell.
2. Finely chop vegetables.
3. Brown onions in heated oil. Add crabmeat and vegetables. Cook to desired tenderness.
4. Cook pancit noodles as directed, drain, then top, or mix with crab and vegetable ingredients.
