4-5 lbs. shrimp, cleaned and mashed
1 can Carnation Milk
Flour to make batter
2-3 lbs. frozen mixed vegetables (no lima beans)
2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1. In a bowl, mix milk, eggs, shrimp, salt and baking powder.
2. Add flour to make pancake batter or to desired consistency.
3. Drop by the spoonful in hot oil. Fry until golden brown.
