Ingredients

1 lemon for juice
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
1 cup thick coconut milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 small onion, diced fine
1 pkg. frozen fish fillets

Cooking Instructions

1. Place fillets in a casserole dish.
2. Melt butter in a small saucepan and add the remaining ingredients. Pour over fish.
3. Cover casserole and bake in 300 degrees oven for 20-25 minutes.
4. Pour milk over fillets, bake further until boiling point is reached.
