1 tsp. salt
1 large onion, chopped
1 medium fish or 1 box frozen fillets
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 large sweet green peppers, chopped
1. Cut fish into fairly small pieces.
2. Place fish in a flat saucepan with salt, onions and green pepper and let it cook in its own juice on medium heat until tender. (About 5 minutes.)
3. Add coconut milk and simmer about 5 minutes just below the boiling point.
4. If pepper leaves are desire, wash well and chop, then add to the stew after the coconut milk is hot. Remove from heat, cover, stand a couple of minutes, and serve
