Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup achote water
2-3 coconut crabs
2 Tbsp. salad oil
2 qts. water
1. Boil crab for 10-15 minutes. Remove crab meat from shell.
2. Place crabmeat in a pot, add water, salad oil, achote water, onion and salt and continue to boil.
3. When above ingredients boil, add cream of wheat or rice.
4. Boil and remove from heat.
