1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Prepare charcoal (grill). When grill is hot and ready, place fish on rack.
3. Baste fish as it cooks. Turning and basting occasionally. Cook until done.
4. Serve hot.
