1 Stewing Chicken ( CUT UP)
1 Onion cut up
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
2 Teaspoon lemon juice
3 garlic cloves cut up
Green onions cut up
1 1/2 teaspoon of crushed pepper.
1/2 cup of water
1/2 Black Pepper
1/2 Garlic Powder

Cooking Instructions

1. Large bowl stewing chicken add soy sauce and vinegar,onions and garlic,lemon juice and half cup of water, Black pepper and garlic powder.
2. Mix well and let sit for one hour.
3. Taste the mixture see if right for your taste and then cook at a slow temp. (Editors Note: It is not a safe food handling practice to consume raw poultry)
4. Leave cover of pot on for the first 20 minutes
5. Mix in the crushed peppers and remove and let cook without the cover for another 30 minutes at low heat.
6. Add green onions 3 minutes before you turn off pot.

NEVER taste the mixture with the uncooked chicken added. It is NOT SAFE to consume. Instead prepare the mixture without adding the chicken and taste it. Once you are satisfied with the taste, you can add the chicken. Left by: Liz (19 Jul 2010)
